Schöner Poolbereiich, nette Bar, freundliches Service, im Zimmer alles da was man braucht

Der Kühlschrank hat nur leicht gekühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, bot aber keine große Auswahl

Nähe zum Strand, Pool war auch sehr schön.

Frühstück ist sehr einseitig gewesen,bei 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich was anderes, Auswahl an Warmen Speisen nur gekochte Eier,wenn du welche bekommen hast, kein dunkles Brot oder so wenig das es gebeten wird nur eine Scheibe pro Person zu nehmen, bei einem Diabetiker sehr schwierig. Abendessen haben wir nicht gehabt.

Gute Lage, etwas abgelegen. Nicht so im Geschehen. Zimmer war ausreichend. Preisleistung war gut.

Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl. Wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer.

Frühstück sehr enttäuscht, wenig Auswahl, altes Gebäck! Zimmermäßig gehört einiges Repariert, für den Preis was wir bezahlt haben sind wir enttäuscht!

Die Mega Lage zum Strand, das nette personal, der privat Parkplatz, eine eigener Strandabschnitt.

Das frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können aber für unsere 2 Nächte war es gut.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern, kleiner Balkon und die Matratzen super bequem. Pool hat 24/7 geöffnet während Saison

Leider kein warmes Wasser nachmittags nachdem wir vom Strand gekommen sind. Frühstück sehr spärlich. Möglichkeit zum Wäsche aufhängen am Balkon wäre top

Top Lage, Strand ist in 2 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel und man kann auch mit einem großen Auto auch einparken, PERFEKT!!! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Frühstück war zwar ok, aber jeden Tag das gleiche und wenig Auswahl.

In einer Gehminute erreicht man den Strand, welcher reservierte Sonnenliegen und Schirme für die Hotelgäste zur Verfügung hat.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein.

Zimmer sauber und geräumig, so wie auf den Bildern. Temperatur von Pool genau richtig zum abkühlen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage war gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Geschäfte, Lokale alles was man brauchte unmittelbar in der Nähe.

Hatten am Frühstück mehr Obst und Gemüse Auswahl erwartet, aber es war ausreichend.

The stuff and the general manager were very friendly. The location is excellent: 5 min walk to the sea. The hotel coppe is situated on a main street with shops, restorants, and bars. The size of the room was good enough and very clean. The sea view from our room was beautiful. We didn't pay extra for this option

The breakfast could be a bit better

It was slightly retro-modern in style, noticeably clean and just the right size so that you felt like a valued guest. I believe it was the hotel owner who was also the bartender and the reception, he was nice to talk with. The older gentleman on the evening shift was also friendly and helpful.

Late night entertainment in their streetside bar would have been a nice addition.

Very clean hotel just a corner away from the seaside where the hotel has it's own sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice, famiar hotel, with parking facility. The breakfast is better than in other Italian hotels at same category.

As everywhere in Jesolo the night might be noisy some times due to people speeking loudly on the street.

**Disappointing Experience - Not Worth Four Stars**

I recently stayed at Hotel Coppe for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the four-star rating I was expecting. The decor is quite dated, which gives the property a tired and uninviting feel. Adding to that was a wifi that simply does not provide a service (too slow or switched off) and a lack of attention to detail in our room. On arrival we found no towels or water a drawer had a used vape, stray hairs, and a make-up brush left behind from a previous guest. Over the course of our stay no water was provided at all which I found unusual for a 4 star and not in line with previous hotels we have stayed in the area. The breakfast was another letdown. There was not enough provided for the guests staying. On both mornings I noted it ran out before the breakfast session ended. I get up early and sit and have tea whilst waiting for my family to surface and eventually arrive at the end of the breakfast session so I get to observe these things... For example the fruit was cut into small cubes to eek it out and was already browning and looked far from fresh or appetising. The selection overall was very basic for a hotel that claims to be four stars. I was also disappointed to find that the hotel does not provide an iron, making it difficult to prepare my outfit for dinner. The answer from the manager was that they use a service to manage laundry. We had a conversation about me needing an iron, but I was not offered a way to access this service and there were no signs of leaflets in the room explaining how to access the laundry service therefore I conclude it didn't really exist. I specifically filtered my search on Booking.com for four-star properties because I expected a certain standard, but this hotel did not meet that expectation. They charge four-star prices but, in reality, offer a service that feels more like three stars at best. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend.
